    • Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
    • Sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
    • Finalize the Official Agreement.
    • Initiate conversation with SORA contributors.
  3. 3.

    Preparation Phase

    2 months
    • Submit the Request for Proposal (RFP).
    • Conduct an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session.
    • Implement the Funding Governance Process.
    • Develop the RFP.
    • Release the RFP on a public testnet.
  4. 4.

    Product Launch

    2 weeks
    • Release the RFP on the production environment.
    • Develop the Business Growth Strategy.
